hook-up. We have a covered pavilion for your groups use. |

Reservations fees will be refunded only if cancelled and
confirmed by office eight (8) days prior to scheduled arrival.
Except Holiday Weekends, No refund on deposits for
reservations made for Memorial day, Labor Day, and Forth of
July. We must receive Deposit with in 5 days of reservations
or reservation is voided unless you contact us. |

| Trailers
are furnished with water, electric, cable, dishes, silverware,
cooking utensils, and general household items needed for your
stay. Linens and towels are not included. Each
trailer has an outside picnic table, deck, and fire pit. |

Our Log Cabins have a
small refrigerator and sleeping quarters only. They have
electric, no water. (No kitchen or bathroom facilities in
cabin. Port-A-Johns and Restrooms, (complete with
FREE hot showers) nearby. A fire
pit and picnic table is also provided. |

| No
smoking in any of our Trailers or Cabins. |
| |
| No pets
of Any Kind are Allowed in Any Rentals Due to Health
Regulations |

BASE RATE FOR SEASONAL MAY
1 THROUGH OCTOBER 15 |
|
Interpreted to mean a site with water and FM Cable, on which
you place your unit, which is utilized on weekends, and two to
three weeks vacation, and all holidays for one or two
individuals. Electric is metered and paid on a monthly
basis. |

Winter storage of seasonal
unit is included in seasonal fee, provided seasonal fees and
other monies owed to the campground are paid in full and you
will be returning as a seasonal again the following year.
If these guidelines are not met a $50 per month storage fee
will apply. |

A minimum payment of $1000
must be received by May 1 to secure your site for the season.
All seasonal fees paid in full by May 30 will be discounted
$100. All seasonal fees must be paid in full by July 1. |
